At Medimobility, we focus on the sustainable use and responsible handling of lithium-ion batteries. Our service centre in Munich combines repair, maintenance and consulting services with the clear goal of extending the service life of energy storage devices while offering our customers economically viable solutions.

Our mission: Sustainability & circular economy

Energy storage devices are at the heart of modern mobility and sustainable energy supply. That is why professional maintenance and repair of lithium-ion batteries is essential for a functioning circular economy. We increase sustainability by repairing defective batteries and extending their service life.

Our solutions must be worthwhile – both for the planet and for the customer. That is why we develop an economically viable repair or maintenance strategy for every job that is transparent and individually tailored.

Preliminary stage of recycling

Even though we are not a recycling company, we already take important steps in the recycling process: for batteries that cannot be repaired, we carry out initial separation work, identify functioning components and store them for reuse. In this way, we make an active contribution to resource conservation and recycling and reduce future material costs for our customers for any repairs that may be necessary.

Compliance & Regulatory Affairs

Defective batteries pose risks, the resources used in their manufacture are scarce, and legislators are responding accordingly with increasingly stringent regulations. With our experience in battery regulations and product safety, we support manufacturers, distributors and operators in fulfilling their regulatory obligations. On request, we can take on these tasks as an external partner.

Our service centre

The Medimobility Service Centre combines technical expertise, state-of-the-art diagnostic and testing equipment, and a large inventory of spare parts for e-mobility and stationary energy storage systems. Here, we repair and maintain battery packs from a wide range of manufacturers – quickly, reliably, and in accordance with the highest safety standards.

Thanks to our many years of experience in working with stationary and e-mobility batteries, we have all the necessary skills, resources and tools to develop innovative lithium-ion battery prototypes and even manufacture small series locally.
